In Takatsuki City, which observed a maximum seismic intensity of 6 weak during the 2018 Northern Osaka Earthquake, we are advancing a disaster-resilient "town building" initiative in preparation for natural disasters such as the Nankai Trough Earthquake, which has a high probability of occurrence.
While our facilities primarily serve employees, in the event of an emergency, we will actively contribute to community disaster response in collaboration with government agencies.

We also occasionally hold factory tours at "Open Takatsuki," an experiential and interactive event sponsored by Takatsuki City, the Takatsuki City Tourism Association, and the Takatsuki Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Additionally, for the purposes of promoting knowledge and interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing, demonstrating transparency, and contributing to the community, we accept a variety of visits and internships, including "City Exploration for Elementary School Students," "Career Experience for Middle School Students," "Internships for High School and University Students," and "Practical Training for Nursing Students."

We engage in social contribution activities by sponsoring and participating in various events held in Takatsuki City, including the "Firefighters’ New Year Ceremony" "Takatsuki Festival," "Takatsuki Industry Festa," "Takatsuki City Half Marathon," and "Takatsuki Jazz Festival," working together with the community to promote development.

We recognize that our factories are located in urban areas, and we conduct comprehensive disaster prevention drills once a year and individual training for each disaster prevention team twice a year so that we can respond independently in the event of an emergency.
In addition, we conduct "evacuee acceptance training" once a year in preparation for accepting people who are unable to return home or who have evacuated to nearby areas.
