The employee cafeterias at each location of the Taiyo Holdings Group are operated by group company Taiyo Green Energy, with the concept of providing delicious meals made with carefully selected ingredients and creating a space that goes beyond the conventional ideas of an employee cafeteria.
Our Takatsuki Ranzan Cafeteria is a spacious and clean space that boasts three different main dishes each day, buffet-style side dishes, drinks, and more, all at reasonable prices.

Various Facilities to Make the Work Environment Comfortable
Taiyo Pharma Tech is actively working to improve the working environment for its employees, and in addition to the employee cafeteria mentioned above, there are various facilities such as a new welfare building (T-LINKS) with a large gymnasium, Japanese-style lounge, and training gym, as well as outdoor sports areas with tennis courts.

Maternity Leave Policy |

Employees can take childcare leave until the child reaches the age of one (extension is also available). We can also accommodate employees with childcare needs, such as shortened working hours for children up to the fourth grade of elementary school, and nursing leave. |

Employees who are caring for family members are eligible to take caregiving leave for a specified period of time. Employees can also take part-time work or nursing leave depending on the care they provide. |
